Offers

Amazon Flex no offers? 9 things to check

By the FlexControl team · Updated

Short answer
  • Amazon says offers are added throughout the day based on customer orders, and are never guaranteed.
  • First check the simple things: Offers filters (tap “Show other offers”), your region and waitlist status, and your vehicle.
  • Instant offers have their own rules: you must be Online and within about 15 minutes of a participating site, but not at it.
  • Check any availability or account messages in your own Flex app. Do not assume that an hours limit reported by another driver applies to your account.

Offers depend on orders

Amazon’s FAQ says offers are added throughout the day at varying frequency, depending on what customers order, and that the number of blocks can change week to week. Some areas are seasonal; the winter holidays are the busiest time.

Drivers also point to new drivers being onboarded after busy seasons and to delivery companies (DSPs) taking volume. Those are driver explanations, not Amazon statements.

Instant offers have their own rules

  • Turn on the Online toggle on the Offers screen. It switches itself off after a while.
  • Be within about 15 minutes of a participating location, but not in its parking lot. Amazon’s September 2025 post says 3–15 minutes.
  • Accept quickly: Amazon’s August 2026 post says about 2 minutes, and offers go to one driver at a time. Amazon Now instant offers need you within 5 minutes and give about 30 seconds.
  • Drivers who misrepresent their location are restricted from the app (September 2025 post).

Only seeing 1–2 hour blocks?

Compare short offers with the times already booked in your calendar and the filters you selected. If the difference remains unclear, ask Driver Support about your account rather than assuming a fixed nationwide hours cap.

When offers do show up, they go fast

Most blocks are first come, first served. If you see offers but lose them when you tap, see When do Amazon Flex blocks drop? and How to get more Amazon Flex blocks.

Questions

Why am I not getting any offers on Amazon Flex?

Usually filters, a quiet period in your area, the interest list, or your vehicle. For instant offers, check that you are Online and within about 15 minutes of a site.

Is there a fixed hours limit for every driver?

Amazon does not publish an hours limit. Check your Flex app for account-specific availability and ask Driver Support if offers stop.

Do I have to be near the station to get offers?

Only for instant offers: within about 15 minutes, but not at the site. Scheduled blocks don’t need you nearby.

Why does a block say it’s gone when I tap it?

Another driver accepted it first. Most blocks are first come, first served.

Does reinstalling the app help?

Amazon only says to keep the app updated. Reinstalling is common driver advice with no official backing.
