1. What we never collect

Your Amazon password. You enter it on Amazon’s sign-in page; it does not pass through our bot or website.

Your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

2. What we collect

Telegram data: your Telegram user ID, username and language, and the messages you send to the bot.

Your settings: stations, minimum pay, hours, block length and other search rules.

Service activity: offers the search saw, the reason each was booked or skipped, bookings and cancellations, and technical logs of the device we provide for you.

Payment records: plan, amount, dates and the payment provider’s transaction reference.

A one-way fingerprint of your Amazon Flex account, used only to allow one free trial per account. It cannot be turned back into your account details.

On our website we run a visit counter called PostHog. It records which pages are opened, where the visit came from (for example a search engine or an ad), clicks on the buttons that open our bot, and a replay of how the page was used: scrolling, clicks and mouse movement. Text typed into fields is hidden from the replay. It sets its own cookie so that repeat visits from the same browser are counted once. It does not know your name.

3. Why we use it

To run the search, send you messages, show your history (/log), give support, prevent trial abuse and keep records of payments.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Telegram data, settings, search activity or payment records for advertising.

4. Who processes it

Telegram (messages), our phone hosting provider (the phone and the Flex app session), our network and proxy providers (internet access for the phone), our hosting provider (servers in the United States), our payment provider and PostHog (website visit statistics).

Each of them gets only what it needs to provide its part of the service.

5. How long we keep it

Settings and activity: while you use the service and up to 90 days after your last plan or trial ends. Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show or delete your data at any time: [email protected]. When you ask for deletion we also reset the device we provide for you, which signs it out of Amazon Flex.

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
