1. What FlexControl is

FlexControl gives you your own device, used only by you, running the real Amazon Flex app, and software that looks for delivery blocks that match the rules you set in Telegram.

FlexControl is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon Flex is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.

2. Risk to your Amazon Flex account

Amazon’s terms prohibit third-party tools that accept work for you, and Amazon says it detects and removes accounts that use them. We cannot promise that your Amazon Flex account will not be restricted or deactivated.

You use FlexControl at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost earnings, deactivation, or any action Amazon takes against your account.

3. Your account and sign-in

You sign in directly with Amazon, following the connection instructions in Telegram. We never ask for and do not store your Amazon password.

One person per account and per phone. You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to drive for Amazon Flex in the United States.

Keep your Telegram account secure. Anyone with access to it can control your search.

4. Free trial

New users get 3 free days. They start when the device we provide for you is ready and you are signed in to Amazon Flex. No card is needed.

One free trial per Amazon Flex account. We may refuse or end a trial if we see repeated or abusive sign-ups.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans: $22 for 3 days, $39 for 7 days, $69 for 14 days, $129 for 30 days. Prices are in US dollars. You choose and pay for a plan from the bot; payments are processed by our payment provider, and we never see your full card number.

A plan gives access for the paid period. It does not renew automatically unless the bot clearly says so at checkout.

We may change prices for future periods. A period you have already paid for keeps its price.

6. What you must not do

Do not share access to the device we provide for you or to the bot with other people, resell the service, try to access other users’ data, or interfere with the service.

Do not use FlexControl to break the law or to spoof your location.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it is uninterrupted, that it finds any particular number of blocks, or that any block will be booked.

Search can pause for a while when Amazon shows a captcha or slows requests.

8. Ending the service

You can stop search at any time from Telegram and stop paying at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. If we end a paid plan without cause, we refund the unused days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
