1. Climb the rewards levels
| Level | Points | What it unlocks for blocks |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 1 | — |
| Level 2 | 650 | Preferred Scheduling (reserved offers), region transfer |
| Level 3 | 3,000 | More reserved offers and more time to accept |
| Level 4 | 6,500 | More reserved offers and more time to accept |
You earn at least 10 points per block plus 1 per delivery. Great standing doubles that, Fantastic triples it, and At Risk earns nothing. Points reset every 3 months.
2. Set up Preferred Scheduling
At Level 2+, pick up to 3 stations and 3 day-and-time combinations. Reserved offers for those go to you first, for a limited time, before anyone else sees them. Amazon says these preferences don’t reduce your regular offers.
Drivers add: answer reserved offers before the window closes; missing them is a common complaint.
3. Protect your standing
- Be on time, and don’t arrive more than 15 minutes before the block starts.
- Cancel at least 45 minutes ahead. If you accepted a block starting in under 45 minutes, cancel within 5 minutes of accepting.
- Return undeliverable packages.
- Follow the Terms of Service. Amazon’s standings post lists not using bots there.
4. Use every delivery type
| Type | Length | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon.com (standard) | 1–6 hours | The main block type |
| Fresh and grocery, incl. Whole Foods | 2–4 hours | Grocery stations, picked separately in filters |
| Amazon Now | Under 1 hour | Scheduled up to 7 days ahead, or instant |
| Sub Same-Day 1-hour blocks | 1 hour | Launched April 2026; some are tip-eligible |
| Longer blocks after check-in | Longer, more pay | Offered after checking in for some Sub Same-Day blocks, in select US areas; 2 minutes to decide |
| Instant offers | Start in 0–30 min | Go Online near a participating site |
5. Get the timing right
- Check often: Amazon adds offers throughout the day.
- Track your station’s pattern for two weeks. See When do Amazon Flex blocks drop?.
- Remove filters you don’t need, or tap “Show other offers”.
- Drivers say some stations raise pay on blocks nobody takes within a few minutes. Worth watching if you aren’t in a hurry.
6. Tools that search for you
A block grabber automates repeated checks for scheduled offers. FlexControl compares them with your stations, minimum pay, hours and arrival buffer, then confirms bookings in Telegram. Compare the workflow in our guide to choosing a bot.
