No. Search runs on the device we set up for you. You can lock your personal phone or use other apps. Keep an eye on Telegram for booking confirmations and anything that needs your attention.

Yes. Set different hours for each day, use Start and Stop in Telegram, or have search stop after one booking. Update your settings whenever your plans change.

Open /log in Telegram to see the reason. An offer might be below your minimum pay, outside your hours or start before you can reach the station.

Search pauses and you get a Telegram message with the next steps. Fully automatic captcha handling is still in development.

Yes. Use the booking message in Telegram or cancel in the Amazon Flex app. Amazon’s cancellation deadlines apply. Check your Flex schedule to make sure the cancellation went through.

If your device never starts, or an outage on our side lasts more than 24 hours, we refund unused plan days under our Refund Policy. Otherwise, your access continues until the end of your paid period. See Refunds for the full terms.
